The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a great area, short walk to the garden as well as local bars. All the staff were amiable giving some tips about the city. The location was great, not too far away from North Laine. The restaurant was located within 200 metres.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my friends and we had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with shops and bars nearby, and it's just a short walk to the city center. The property itself is spacious, with separate kitchen and lounge areas. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen is particularly impressive, even though we didn't do any cooking ourselves. I can imagine it would be great for families who want to prepare their own meals. we had a great experience and my friends are already asking me to book again in the future.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this property was absolutely fantastic, with everything I needed within walking distance. The proximity to shops and local bars was a major plus. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for a group of us attending a conference. The separate kitchen and lounge areas were great for socializing and the kitchen was fully equipped. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place, as well as the helpful advice from the staff regarding parking options.
I did come across a few negatives during my stay. The property seemed a bit tired and in need of some updates.
